Bananas-Mangoes green smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 7x Ripe spotty bananas
  • 250g/0.5lb Frozen mango chunks
  • 2TBSP Hemp seeds
  • 100g/0.2lb Fresh spinach
  • 100g/0.2lb Medjoul dates

Method: Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and enjoy. This smoothie is great for breakfast or lunch.
